We moved to Mallorca in 2022, because we got the chance to build a winery.

No finished winery (just walls), no team, no finished cellar — just land, sun, and a lot of belief.

Since we came to the island we always admired this one vineyard for it's unique ocean impact. A year after we arrived in 2023, an old man showed up at our gate. He asked if we wanted to buy his grapes.  

We followed him — and ended up in this exact vineyard that looked nothing like the polished postcard version of winemaking.
It was wild. Uneven. Overgrown.

But it had soul.

This wasn’t a perfect vineyard, it was a beginning.

And we believe in beginnings.

In taking care of places.
Sometimes you follow a stranger into a messy vineyard and end up exactly where you were meant to be.

These are the very first wines we’ve made from that land:
A Syrah and a Sauvignon Blanc.
Only 250 bottles of each. That's it.

Just what this island gave us, 18 months in the small barrel and ready to taste or to put it in your cellar.
